Fundraising Manager

Love All Animal Rescue is a newly formed rescue based in Atherton, although we aim to operate UK wide. The rescue founder has over 30 years experience in rescue, and started LAAR to address the gap that currently exists between animals needing help and available rescue space. We are seeking a Fundraising Manager who has a passion for animal welfare. At this point, we are looking for individuals with experience or a Fund Manager who can spare us some time to carry out this role and can build both local, regional, and/or national teams. This is a great opportunity to start from scratch and gain hands on experience of building your own team.

 

Specific Skills Required

• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
• Managing relationships with donors and supporters.
• Leading and motivating fundraising teams.
• Generating income through various fundraising methods.
• Creating and delivering fundraising campaigns.
• Experience in individual giving, business partnerships, or community fundraising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
