Skate Park Volunteer.

 

Specific Skills Required

Ability to act as a positive role model to young people aged 8-19 years, good communication skills, with desire to help facilitate a variety of skate park activities to young people whilst working in a diverse team.

Our state-of-the-art outdoor Skate Park is open to all members and hosts regular tournaments and open sessions for scooters and bikes, whether a young person skate pro wanting to show off their skills or they fancy giving it a try for the very first time, you will help support them by using your own skills and passion.

As a volunteer you will undertake a full training programme to make sure you are equipped for your role, confident and feel integrated into our team. You will also have the opportunity to undertake further training.

All our volunteers also undergo a DBS check at enhanced level.
