Trustee

Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre are looking for a new Trustee to join their Board.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of unpaid carers?

Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre is seeking an experienced Trustee to join our dynamic team and help us deliver our ambitious 2025 fundraising and grants income strategy.

Would you like to be able to contribute to an exciting and established organisation that provides a range of services that improve the quality of life of adult and young carers?

If so, we would really like to hear from you.

 

Specific Skills Required

Previous experience as a trustee – Tactful and able to deal with information received confidentially and sensitively.

• Ability to work with other trustees as a team and take on collective responsibility for Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre.
• Ability to organise work and use initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work within professional boundaries.
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
