At the heart of Parent Carer Forums is a commitment to empowering families and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making that impacts their lives. Forums collaborate with local authorities, health services, and other stakeholders to influence policies, services, and provisions for children and young people with SEND.

As a Finance/Treasurer Trustee at Wigan Parent Carer Forum, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial affairs, ensuring transparency, and contributing to the strategic financial health of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgets, management accounts, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure robust financial controls.

- Lead the appointment of external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory bodies.

Your contributions directly impact policies at different levels, making a meaningful difference in the community.
