Role and Opportunity Details (Volunteers must be aged 18 or above to apply)

This role is an administrative based role and is office based.

The role will be –

• Answering the phone.
• Supporting mentors and other volunteers with admin based jobs.
• You may be first point of contact for people contacting the service looking for help.

 

Specific Skills Required

• Experience of of using Microsoft office and excel.
• Confidence to speak with professionals and members of the public.
• Team player.
• Willing to work independently.
