Role and Opportunity Details (Volunteers under 18 can apply)

Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do and are an integral part of an effective Healthwatch.  They play a vital role in speaking to local people to find out their views and use this information to influence those who run health and social care services.

 

Specific Skills Required

Healthwatch have broad categories that volunteers may wish to be involved with; these include visiting services, community engagement and outreach, administration support, advisory group member, representation, communications & social media, ambassadors, research assistants, information & signposting and information roles and many more opportunities that can be personalised to the interest of the volunteer.
