Reception and admin support.

We are a not for profit counselling organisation with a counselling hub on Bishopgate, Wigan.  This centre offers free and low cost counselling support to members of our community.  We have counsellors working in 3 counselling rooms across Monday to Thursday and on Saturdays.

We are looking for someone to support our centre by offering reception cover with some elements of admin.  This role will involve sitting in our reception/waiting room and greeting clients while they attend their counselling appointments.  Volunteers will also answer the phones, take any payments and lock up the building at the end of the day.  If volunteers would like to take on more duties over time we are happy to look at this or offer training.

You will be the warm and welcoming face of the hub while you are here, supporting counsellors and members of the community.
